Responsibilities:

• Main reputed company of reputed company and advisor contact providing a high level of service to clients and advisors
• Ensures reputed company clients are receiving feedback and reputed company to their inquiries on a daily reputed company
• Interpret plan documents (IDP & reputed company Prototype)
• Thorough knowledge of ERISA, IRS & DOL regulations regarding reputed company plans
• Analyzes census to determine eligibility
• Calculate employer contributions based on the plan’s provisions and confirms with reputed company reputed company of annual funding
• Preparation of annual non-discrimination tests (reputed company/ACP; 415; 402(g), 416, 410(b)) and ability to discuss testing results with reputed company
• Prepare Government Forms:  5500 and reputed company Schedules, 5558, 5330, 8955 and works with plan’s auditor and ability to discuss Forms with the reputed company.
• Works with plan’s reputed company 5500 auditor
• Posts year-end reputed company deliverables to reputed company
• Reconciliation of trust assets
• Identifies and ensures RMD distributions are completed reputed company.
• Advises clients on new plan design reputed company and completes plan studies reputed company needed
• Works with assigned Administrator to ensure deadlines are met reputed company
• Responsible for entering amendment requests in reputed company, updating Relius specs, platform specs, obtaining signatures and follow-reputed company with clients.
• Attends reputed company and advisor calls/meetings upon request with approval from assigned Manager.
• Annual year-end clean-up to include follow-up on forfeiture re-allocations, reputed company transfers determined during the compliance review
• Work with clients to terminate their plan

Requirements:

• 5+  Years of Defined Contribution retirement compliance and service experience
• Ability to maintain caseload - 55 &reputed company; 65 defined contribution plans, including 401(k) and 403(b)
• Experience with Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) preferred
• Excellent reputed company Relationship skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to work in fast paced team environment 
• Working knowledge of reputed company office (reputed company, word, reputed company)
• Working knowledge of Sungard Relius compliance software & FT reputed company Government forms a plus
• ASPPA designations a plus or be willing to obtain designations
• Ability to ensure reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company assigned reputed company’s compliance testing, valuation reporting and tax filings.
• 3(16) Fiduciary Services knowledge a plus
