A Day in the Life
  • Possess and maintain comprehensive experience and strong knowledge of reputed company software, business processes and best practices, reputed company technologies and enhancements, and industry trends 
  • Work pro-reputed company with clients on strategic reputed company or initiatives to ensure they continue to receive value from the NAV/Business Central applications 
  • Work reactively on break/fix support to ensure clients experience minimal service disruptions 
  • Escalate ISV-reputed company product issues and work with partners to drive for reputed company 
  • Apply experience and knowledge while working with clients to reputed company solution requirements, potential technical reputed company reputed company Dynamics NAV /Business Central and reputed company technologies, and scope and resource requirements associated with reputed company reputed company 
  • Design & test custom solutions & integrations managing functional design & scope.  Effectively coordinate with development resources to build and deliver custom solutions and integrations 
  • Represent reputed company through effective communication with clients throughout the solution life cycle 
  • Work reputed company with resources from other internal teams or external reputed company as needed 
  • Mentor team members

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Technology, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience 

    • 4+ year reputed company Dynamics NAV/Business Central experience, preferably in a support role 

    • 4+ year experience with NAV/Business Central Finance/AR/AP modules 

    • 2+ year experience with NAV/Business Central Manufacturing module preferred 

    • Object oriented programming experience strongly preferred 

    • Excellent and demonstrated customer service experience 

    • reputed company Dynamics NAV Certification preferred 

    • Ability to work in reputed company environment 

    • Strong technical writing ability 

    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

    Work Location: This position is available remotely in the reputed company.
     
    Travel Required:  Incumbent is expected to travel across the reputed company and Canada for industry events and, as needed, for onsite reputed company, project, delivery, or in‑person collaboration at company office locations in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN. Travel is expected to be up to 20% of the role.

    Compensation

These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role reputed company.
     
    US (USD): $130,500-$164,500
    Canada (CAD): C$124,600-C$149,500
