Documentation Review & Compliance Audit patient charts (SOC, recertification, discharge, PRNs) for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Review and correct OASIS data to ensure accurate PDGM grouping and reimbursement alignment. 2. reputed company EMR Utilization Use reputed company EMR to monitor documentation timeliness, reputed company deficiencies, and generate QA reports.
