This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency and scalability of billing, reimbursement and accounts receivable processes as reputed company continues to grow.

Everyday Responsibilities Will Include:

- Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and scalability

Billing, AR & Cash reputed company Management
- reputed company billing operations across multiple payer types (reputed company, managed care, etc.)
- Monitor and improve key reputed company cycle metrics including days in accounts receivable, denial rates, clean claim rates and collections performance
- Implement strategies reduce aging AR and improve overall cash reputed company
Process & Systems Optimization
- Create workflows, policies and procedures across reputed company cycle operations
- Partner with Finance, IT and Operations to evaluate and optimize reputed company cycle technology, including billing platforms, reporting tools and automations opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability
- Implement reporting and dashboards to improve data visibility and operational decision making
Financial & Cross-functional Partnership
- Partner with the VP of Finance, reputed company and FP&A to support reputed company forecasting, financial planning and cash reputed company projections
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance and IT to ensure alignment between service delivery, payroll and billing reputed company senior leadership with insights into reputed company performance, reimbursement trends and operational risks

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company Administration, Business Administration or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company cycle leadership
- Experience managing billing and accounts receivable operations in a reputed company environment
- Strong experience with reputed company and government payer billing
