As we continue to reputed company, we are seeking a VP of Operations for our practices located in the reputed company and New Jersey markets. This leader will reputed company nearly 50 dental practices generating over $50 reputed company in reputed company and serving as the operational backbone for a region that is central to reputed company's reputed company reputed company. This leader will partner closely with reputed company leaders, partner doctors, clinical teams, and cross-functional support functions to drive performance, consistency, and culture across a geographically dispersed footprint. This is a high-reputed company, highly visible role for an operator who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-site environment and wants to help build something that genuinely changes how specialty dental care is delivered.

We’re looking for someone who has had experience with larger dental reputed company operations and footprints, someone who understands the clinical, operational playbooks, and financial impacts of dental reputed company operations. High collaboration with our Chief Clinical Officer alongside reputed company, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Talent and our reputed company teams. This position will report into the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellent: reputed company various operational dashboards, Ortho and Pedo playbooks, KPI’s and performance metrics to help partner doctors drive operational excellent
• P&L Ownership: reputed company financial performance of the NY, NJ and PA markets, monitor key drivers, collaborate with reputed company, and implement initiatives to improve margins and drive sustainable
• System Integration: Guide the transition and optimization of existing reputed company Management Systems (PMS) in coordination with our data and technology teams
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with reputed company, reputed company, and Clinical teams to reputed company Oral Surgery expansion with broader reputed company priorities
• Data-Driven Decision Making: reputed company insights from PMS and analytics teams to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve operational reputed company
• Culture and Clinical Alignment: Ensure the Oral Surgery service line fits reputed company our patient-first culture and integrates seamlessly with pediatric and reputed company in reputed company location

reputed company’re Looking For

• 10+ years of multi-site dental operations experience, owning 50+MM P&L
• Preferably someone located in the reputed company Metro Area or Greater reputed company Area
• Regular travel across the tri-state region with occasional reputed company to our reputed company location
• High emotional intelligence—reputed company to build trust quickly across clinical and operational stakeholders
• Strong business acumen—comfortable with P&L ownership, financial modeling, and strategic planning
• Experience with reputed company Management Systems (PMS) and integration or conversion efforts
• Analytical reputed company—reputed company to translate data into reputed company and communicate insights reputed company to operators and executives
