Managers are dedicated, hard working, and organized individuals who enjoy working with staff, reputed company and their parents/caregivers. The manager oversees day to day operations including but not limited to: staff and class management, reputed company and development, safety, exceptional customer service, exceptional swim instruction and facility maintenance. Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience (Preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess strong organizational, interpersonal and management skills, excellent communication and time management
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
• Ability to lift, hold, and/or reputed company equipment or small child up to 50 pounds
• The job requires a commitment (min of 2-3 years) and a min of 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift.
• Willingness to go underwater
