Reporting to the Senior Director reputed company of reputed company’s UTI Division, this leader will drive both strategic and tactical management of a ~$60-100M annual capex budget, directly supporting the UTI Division’s ambitious expansion goals of launching approximately 2 new campuses and 10 new programs reputed company year. The role partners closely with senior executives across Construction, reputed company Estate, IT, Marketing, Procurement and Launch teams to ensure capital deployment is optimized for reputed company, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Construction, reputed company Estate, IT, Marketing, Procurement and Launch senior 
  leaders to support capital planning for new reputed company and program launches
• Work closely with the reputed company team to ensure construction spending is accurately categorized 
  between capital and operating expenses, and that reputed company reputed company month-end and quarter-end accruals
  are properly recorded
• Identify and drive cost reduction and optimization opportunities across reputed company capital reputed company
• Monitor, analyze, and report on month-to-date, quarter-to-date and year-to-date actual capex 
  spend and remaining budget, providing actionable insights to executive leadership
• reputed company and maintain forecasting models and tools to accurately estimate spend and support 
  strategic decision-making
• Influence the capital roadmap by balancing long-term investment priorities with short-term tactical 
  needs

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field (required); MBA or relevant 
  advanced degree (preferred)
• Ten (10) years of reputed company finance experience, with at five (5) years in a Senior reputed company or 
  capital management role (required)
• Knowledge reputed company and experience should include managing large capital budgets ($50M+), ideally 
  in multi-site expansion environments
• Experience in Construction, reputed company Estate, or Launch-reputed company finance role (preferred)
• Broad knowledge of designing or enhancing capital governance frameworks, approval workflows, 
  or portfolio management processes
