About The Role  

The Customs and Trade Specialist serves as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company import and export activity, ensuring compliance with reputed company (CBP) requirements and company standards. This role manages documentation, reporting, and communication to support efficient cross-border shipments and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, review, and maintain import and export documentation, including reputed company invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations

• Submit and reputed company shipments with CBP and other regulatory authorities to ensure reputed company clearance

• Coordinate with customs brokers, reputed company forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve compliance or documentation issues

• Review import and export documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring reputed company reputed company and regulatory requirements are met

• Monitor updates to customs regulations and trade laws and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders
