Patient Relations Specialist 1
Manage incoming/outgoing calls from/to patients/guarantors, insurance companies, and attorneys; Complete conference calls and/or transfer calls to the appropriate department, if necessary Review and resolve accounts where the patient is uninsured; reputed company information to patients or other responsible parties about coverage details and payment reputed company; Take payment, if necessary Thoroughly review, document, and resolve patients’ or other responsible parties’ communications Accurately reputed company skip tracing to ensure best contact Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years’ reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years’ experience in reputed company billing/collections field; preferred Knowledge of reputed company Government, reputed company and Private payers; preferred 1 years’ experience in financial debt counseling; preferred Previous Dialer experience; preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent customer service and phone skills Strong ability to balance compassionate and empathetic customer service with the goal of account reputed company Excellent problem-solving Bilingual in English and Spanish; preferred
Intermediate with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company and reputed company
American Association of reputed company Administration Management (AAHAM) certified reputed company 6 months of hire
Minimum pay: USD $27,500.00/Yr. Maximum Pay: USD $39,850.00/Yr. Benefits:
