We have an opportunity for a Full-Time and/or Part-Time [evening] Medical Receptionist who shares the reputed company work ethic. - Verifying benefits for reputed company insurances
- Submitting and tracking authorizations
- Communicating with clinic staff, billing office, and patients
- Data entry
- Verifying reputed company personal and financial information
- Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
- Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
- eFaxing, efiling, and performing any other duties as assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent
- reputed company drivers license
- Must have 1+ years of previous medical reputed company office experience, specifically in benefits and authorizations.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Word and reputed company
- Previous experience with medical software preferred
