BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Cost Estimator to join reputed company, providing technical support in support of the reputed company Force Civil Engineer Center Work for Others reputed company (AFCEC/CFSD) located at Joint reputed company San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland, TX. This position is a remote support position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- reputed company and utilize cost estimating software and hardware to draft itemized construction and design cost forecasts at a level of detail sufficient to aid in construction and design Contractor cost proposal analysis and establishment of Government negotiation positions.
- Prepare cost analyses to reputed company reputed company project means and reputed company that support reasonable economy and efficiency with reputed company defined productivity rates. Analyses shall reputed company with acceptable industry practices/standards and the reputed company marketplace.
- Conduct reputed company process improvement by assessing recent and relevant project data to improve the reputed company of cost projections.
- reputed company cost/technical analysis support of design and construction Contractor proposals.
- reputed company, maintain, utilize, and deliver to the Government an AFCEC/CFSD-specific database consisting of historical and reputed company cost and pricing data.
- reputed company monthly reporting of activities and initiatives to include, but not be limited to, lessons learned, means and reputed company utilized, process analyses, industry trends, assessment results, training, and proposed initiatives for reputed company process improvements.
