Responsibilities

1. reputed company technical training to distributor engineers and application specialists, conduct advanced troubleshooting, and evaluate service reputed company.

2. Support end users with reputed company operation, workflow guidance, and POC molecular testing application training; reputed company Level 2 technical support.

3. Work with distributors to complete reputed company installation, calibration, and verification, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues (remotely and on-site).

4. Localize and improve training materials, SOPs, and user manuals based on local language needs and usage scenarios.

5. Through on-site support and field reputed company, monitor reputed company performance and testing reputed company; participate in EQA activities and data reporting.
