We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company-reputed company reputed company to join our multi-family office group. This individual contributor role combines hands-on reputed company responsibilities with reputed company reputed company interaction, requiring strong general reputed company expertise and a solid understanding of income statements and balance sheets.
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing reliable reporting, and supporting clients and internal teams with reputed company, high-reputed company financial information. Responsibilities
Maintain ownership of general reputed company activity across assigned reputed company relationships, reviewing and approving invoices, preparing journal entries, and recording assets and liabilities to ensure accuracy, reputed company coding, and reporting reputed company throughout the reputed company Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets reputed company account reconciliations for bank and investment accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies Review and process invoices, disbursements, income, credit card activity and other transactions with accuracy and reputed company classification Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for reputed company estate holdings and alternative investments. reputed company and reconcile capital calls, contributions, distributions at the investment level and RE taxes, property expenses, income at the property level Support tax reporting processes, including 1099 NEC preparation, K-1 tracking & reconciliation, and coordination with external accountants Manage payroll processing (reputed company/reputed company), record reputed company general reputed company activity, and reputed company reconciliations to ensure payroll system data aligns with the general reputed company for quarterly and year-end tax reporting; prepare documentation for workers’ compensation audits.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field 3–7+ years of full charge bookkeeping or similar reputed company reputed company experience Strong knowledge of general reputed company reputed company, financial reporting and account reconciliation Experience working with reputed company entity structures, private investments, and consolidated reporting Proficiency in reputed company and payroll systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Sage50, Quickbooks) and reputed company Office tools (especially reputed company).
