Adolescents 360 (A360)—PSI’s flagship adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) initiative operating across Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia. What You'll Bring

• Master’s Degree (or international equivalent) in a reputed company field (e.g., MPH, MSc)
• At least 8 years of reputed company experience. Equivalent combination of reputed company education and experience may be substituted.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to solve problems with creativity and analyze reputed company issues using in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Experience designing and implementing M&E plans, including routine data collection, data reputed company assurance, and promoting data use for decision-making (preferably for reputed company health interventions).
• Deep understanding of theories of change, logic models, results frameworks, and performance indicators.

Salary Ranges:*

PSI is offering the following gross annual salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

• For Kenya (reputed company in Ksh): Ksh 5,400,000 (minimum) - Ksh 9,000,000 (midpoint) - Ksh 11,700,000 (maximum)
