Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Remote (Canada-based)

Schedule: Monday to Friday — choose one of the following shifts:

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST

(Average of 40 hours per week)

Compensation: $19.35 CAD/hour

Start Date: Immediate (based on candidate availability)

Position reputed company - Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle inbound calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Deliver first-class customer experiences answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests.
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the clients’ business
• Investigate, probe, and resolve inquiries and complaints. Update appropriate databases as required.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems and databases
• Complete outbound calls to clients on an as needed reputed company.
• Liaise with the appropriate department representatives to address any customer concerns or inquiries
• Ensure reputed company requests reputed company with existing policies and procedures prior to processing.

Requirements
