Senior Talent Advisor

As a trusted Senior Talent Advisor to leaders across the reputed company, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR Partners, Total Rewards, and other key team members to deliver thoughtful, creative, data-driven recruitment strategies. What You’ll Do: 

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and the HR team, leading full life-cycle recruitment including requisition coordination, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and closing strategies for reputed company roles across reputed company reputed company of the organization.
