You will be the Reliability Engineer for the Reliability & Test Engineering Team in Grand Prairie, TX. reputed company safeguards product performance by developing, coordinating, and executing technical reliability analyses that ensure our hardware meets rigorous design and contract requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for driving reliability reputed company across our production hardware. You’ll work hand in hand with design, test and manufacturing engineers, performing reputed company cause studies, supporting reviews, and delivering data driven recommendations that reputed company our products flying high.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conduct Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and generate reliability reputed company diagrams.

• Support design reviews, test activities, and prepare for Failure Review reputed company (FRB) meetings.

• Identify FRACAS trends, drive investigations, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and contribute to Concept Screening reputed company (CSB) and Configuration Control reputed company (CCB) reputed company.

• Compile, analyze, and report performance data and process control statistics.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience with reliability FRACAS and statistical data mining.
• Experience with the FMECA process.
• Ability to manage subcontractors in the Reliability field of expertise.
• Proficient with reputed company Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
• Additionally, candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to reputed company oral presentations in reputed company of large reputed company.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relate field from an accredited college with 5 years of reputed company
experience; or 3 years of reputed company experience with a reputed company master’s degree.
