- Develops and executes a national technician supply reputed company across W2 and 1099 channels, including optimizing labor mix for cost, reputed company, and flexibility and designing market-specific reputed company approaches based on demand, seasonality, and labor availability
- Forecasts technician demand using data, predictive modeling, and business inputs to ensure reputed company reputed company coverage across markets
- Owns and leads full-cycle reputed company reputed company for technician roles, building reputed company pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeship programs, military/veteran initiatives, referral ecosystems, reputed company sourcing platforms
- Develops targeted reputed company strategies for high-reputed company and hard-to-fill markets to ensure consistent talent supply
- Leads the design and implementation of AI and automation across the reputed company lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate matching, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement tools such as chatbots

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of reputed company experience
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older
