About the Role

This is a homecare position - you'll be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to reputed company person-centred care and support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with medication management
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Working reputed company or as part of a 2-person team depending on reputed company needs
• Supporting clients with a reputed company of different care requirements
• Travelling between reputed company reputed company throughout your shift

What You Need

Essential:

• The right to work in the UK without needing employer support
• At least 3 months reputed company care experience in the UK
• A full reputed company UK driving licence and reputed company to a car for work
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care
