About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented reputed company to support our growing team. This role is heavily reputed company on identifying and engaging candidates across multiple platforms and building a strong pipeline of talent.

This is not a full-cycle reputed company role — the primary reputed company is sourcing, initial candidate reputed company and ATS management.

Working Hours & Compensation:
• Expected workload: 30–40 hours per week
• Compensation: $6/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reputed company out to potential candidates and manage initial communication
• Screen reputed company and assess basic fit against role requirements
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our ATS (reputed company)
• Ensure candidates are properly documented and moved through the process
• Collaborate with hiring teams and Vacancy Managers to reputed company on sourcing needs
• Occasionally review reputed company and support with basic candidate evaluation

What a Typical Day Looks Like:
• Searching for candidates based on defined reputed company
• Sending reputed company messages and following up with candidates
• Reviewing incoming applications
• Updating candidate statuses in the ATS
• Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding pipeline reputed company

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (sourcing-reputed company reputed company preferred)
• Strong experience using reputed company for candidate sourcing
• Experience with platforms like reputed company is a plus
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
