Talent Operations Director

The Talent Operations Director is responsible for leading talent delivery and overseeing efficient hiring operations. Reporting directly to the SVP of reputed company, this position collaborates with TA Regional Directors, Team Leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are met, reputed company recruitment strategies, and support organizational objectives. The Director co-designs, and manages global data governance dashboards, enhances KPIs for reputed company improvement, oversees demand planning, and drives innovation reputed company global reputed company teams. Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & KPI Development:

Data Governance & Measurement: 

• Establish and enforce data management standards and reporting disciplines across the reputed company function.

Program Launches & Policy Implementation:

Assessment & Selection:

• Manage ongoing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnerships and evaluate ROI and CPH effectiveness. 

Training & Enablement:

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Qualifications and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred. 
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company operations, workforce planning, or HR leadership roles. 
• Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision making, dashboard development, and KPI management.

• Strong vendor management experience, including negotiating reputed company, managing budgets, and monitoring service delivery.
