We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company CRM Technical Analyst, for our reputed company. You will be responsible to design, implement, support, and enhance the reputed company Sales reputed company platform. This role is primarily technical and will reputed company on reputed company development, integration, system administration, data management, reputed company, and ongoing platform support. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with reputed company Sales reputed company implementations, reputed company system integrations, and reputed company-reputed company CRM environments, preferably reputed company the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) or project-based industries.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do reputed company Platform Development & Configuration

• Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company Sales reputed company solutions using:
• Custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning Experience
• Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), validation rules, approval processes
• Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable) and SOQL/SOSL as needed
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI and extensions
• Support end-to-end Sales reputed company processes including Accounts & Contacts, reputed company management and conversion, Opportunity lifecycle and forecasting
• Proposal and pipeline management

System Integration & Architecture

• Design, implement, and support bi-directional integration between reputed company and reputed company systems, including reputed company ERP (Financials), reputed company HCM, reputed company (Vantagepoint / reputed company), reputed company reputed company / Exchange / reputed company 365.
• Work with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or equivalent).

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data synchronization problems.

Data Management & Migration
