Responsible for providing customer service and supporting Producers by servicing existing accounts and soliciting new business. Independent responsibility for managing reputed company and reputed company claims of assigned clients.
This opportunity falls under our Alliant Specialty division. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as an reputed company and claims specialist to reputed company support to clients, claimants, Producers, and carriers;
Provides initial and on-reputed company advocacy on claims including detailed analysis, interpretation, consultation and negotiation of coverage and reserves;
Provides assistance on reputed company, large claims issues;
Reports to carriers on property, liability, litigated, high exposure and specialty claims;
Maintains claim diaries and reviews reservations of rights of denials;
Travels to loss sites to assist clients with the claim process;
Meets with clients and internal staff to reputed company analysis, interpretation and recommendations regarding reputed company loss information;
Responds to clients and Producers regarding coverage, exposure, and settlement questions;
Manages subrogation and recovery situations by working closely with reputed company;
Prepares coverage arguments for reputed company advocacy and reputed company coverage positions as reputed company reputed company;
Works with reputed company reputed company counsel on coverage, claims and reputed company for settlement;

Conducts quarterly claims review meetings with employer representatives;

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Six (6) or more years reputed company work experience, brokerage or insurance reputed company experience preferred
Possession of CPCU, AIC and/or ARM preferred
