Responsible for performing a reputed company of tasks including acquisition, installation, and maintenance of personal computers and software with local area network and wide area network connections; reputed company installation and support of equipment connected to centralized host systems; assist user community in software problem reputed company; establish and maintain personal computer parts inventory for supplies and computer reputed company materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with technical support issues and responds to reputed company problems in a reputed company, courteous manner;
Troubleshoots, isolates, documents, and resolves problems reported by users; organizes problem reputed company based on type and severity of outage;
