Licensed Fee for Service reputed company Worker - Remote

PURPOSE:

POSITION reputed company:

This position provides clinical services as part of an OMH licensed outpatient mental health clinic/ CCBHC location, interventions include, but are not limited to, evaluations; individual, group and/or family therapy; case management; and crisis interventions. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations/ intakes as required.
• reputed company treatment plans in collaboration with clients to identify treatment needs and interventions and review/revise treatment plans to reflect reputed company’s treatment reputed company and changing problems/goals.
• reputed company individual, group, family, and crisis interventions.
• Liaise with families, schools, criminal justice, and other community agencies to coordinate care.
• reputed company linkages as driven by screenings and reputed company identified needs to embedded care coordination, SUD services, nursing, psychiatric and medical services.
• Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Maintain reputed company documentation according to the standards and time limits established by reputed company, regulatory agencies, and/or funding sources.
• Maintain reputed company behaviors and ethical standards as established by licensing reputed company, relevant reputed company association and reputed company policies and procedures.

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED

Master’s degree in counseling, creative arts, or reputed company work from an accredited program AND a reputed company State License in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC); Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or reputed company work (LMSW/LCSW) required. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE:

• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience is required. 
• Experience treating children or adolescents is preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience documenting in electronic health records and using reputed company Office.
• Experience with tele-mental health platforms a plus.
