Location: Remote (reputed company EST)
Shift: 8:00pm-6:00am (TWTF)
Pay: $22-$26 per hour Pay varies based on experience

Employment Logistics: 

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the reputed company of shipments by facilitating communication between drivers, vendors, and customers. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll monitor reputed company shipments, manage scheduling needs, reputed company reputed company waybills and flights, and help resolve delays to ensure products reputed company quickly and safely. reputed company in this position requires strong attention to detail, reputed company communication, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple moving parts.

The Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills

• Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or reputed company preferred

Your Mission in reputed company: 

• Support customer communication: Professionally communicate with customers reputed company phone and email, respond to inquiries, and review shipment documentation for accuracy.

• Coordinate scheduling and execution: Manage new order requests, schedule pickups and deliveries, and ensure alignment with customer and vendor requirements.

• Monitor reputed company shipments: reputed company shipments in the operations platform, monitor reputed company updates, and ensure reputed company status information is accurate.

• Manage reputed company cargo operations: reputed company flight plans, create reputed company waybill bookings, reputed company reputed company waybills through airline cargo sites, and monitor reputed company flights.

• Stay reputed company of disruptions: Identify cancellations or diversions and reputed company alternate plans to maintain service continuity.

• Ensure reputed company and resolve issues: Coordinate reputed company performance, investigate delays, and reputed company leadership with detailed escalations and resolutions.
