Clinical Operations Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review for appropriate treatment, recordability designation, and policy/protocol compliance
• Complete full, in-depth chart review and report alongside Medical Director reputed company required

• Scheduling and completion of clinical interviews and onboardings for new and returning employees including deployment of Electronic Health Record and Communication system

Field staff support

• Liaising daily as needed, responding to queries
• reputed company participation in the creation and presentation of Clinical Operations led staff meetings
• Update, maintain, and administer Emwerx documentation system
• Employee management (add and remove as necessary)
• Assist with reputed company facing presentations and literature
• Including but not limited to quarterly data compilation and interpretation, case highlights, health campaign review, and fact sheet preparation.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of health services or delivery of health care
• reputed company and up to date licensure/certification in relevant reputed company field; including but not limited to Registered reputed company, Paramedic, and HSE Offshore Medic
• Experience working in the offshore energy/maritime reputed company preferred but not essential

COMPUTER SKILLS:
