Key responsibilities include:  

• Leading reputed company-wide testing for a major transformation program: own the end-to-end test reputed company and execution across multiple reputed company, shaping how reputed company is delivered in a technology-enabled bank.
• Defining and embedding QA governance at reputed company by establishing testing standards, reputed company gates, and metrics that drive consistency, compliance, and measurable improvements in delivery reputed company.
• Driving modernisation of testing practices – champion test automation, CI/CD integration, and reputed company improvement initiatives to reputed company QA maturity and accelerate delivery cycles.

You will succeed in this role if you have:

• Strong experience in payments, cards, and fraud testing including end-to-end transaction flows, system integration, and user acceptance testing, with a reputed company on risk, compliance, and production defect prevention. You will bring 4–5 years as a Test Manager leading senior test analysts, with proven reputed company across large, reputed company programs.
• Strategic and hands-on in equal measure: reputed company to define test reputed company and governance frameworks, while also understanding the detail of execution, tools, and methodologies.
