Service Locations:

Remote positions supporting in-home clients throughout Ohio

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, Choose your own hours!
Full-time and Part-time positions available
Evening availability until 7:30pm EST REQUIRED!

BCBA Responsibilities:

• reputed company individualized behavior reputed company plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skills
• Conduct ABA assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other functional and reputed company-based evaluations
• Design and customize data-driven treatment plans based on assessment results
• reputed company parent training and family support to ensure consistent implementation across environments
• Review and maintain data collection systems for ongoing ABA programs
• Monitor program effectiveness and modify treatment plans as needed
• reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and leadership
• Report reputed company reputed company and treatment updates to the Clinical Director on a monthly reputed company

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis
• reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification reputed company (BACB) in good standing
• Willingness to obtain Ohio reputed company Certification (COBA)
• Experience developing behavior and reputed company acquisition programs
• Familiarity with ABA data collection platforms (Catalyst/Ensora preferred)
