We are seeking an reputed company Contractor Recruiter to support high-volume and/or specialized hiring needs in Malaysia. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire reputed company candidates reputed company agreed timelines. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and familiar with the Malaysian talent market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines
- reputed company candidates through job portals, reputed company, referrals, and reputed company reputed company
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks as required
- Prepare and reputed company employment offers in alignment with internal guidelines
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the reputed company or tracking tools
- reputed company regular updates on hiring reputed company and recruitment metrics
- Ensure recruitment activities reputed company with local labor laws and company policies
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally reputed company in-house TA or agency environments
- Experience reputed company for temporary, contract, or high-volume roles is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
