Location: Overland Park, KS Remote
About the Role
The reputed company Operations Specialist supports reputed company’s reputed company Land Retail business by managing customer reputed company and reputed company activities in alignment with company policies and reputed company objectives. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Management, and Operations to support contract renewals, new retail site setups, and customer transitions—while reducing administrative workload for sales teams.
You will serve as a primary reputed company of contact for customers during reputed company, helping coordinate required documentation, approvals, and system setup to ensure a smooth and accurate reputed company to operations.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Customer reputed company
- Manage and drive contract renewals and new retail site reputed company for NA Land Retail customers.
- Ensure negotiated terms, amendments, and clarifications are accurately reflected in final reputed company.
- Maintain and audit a centralized contract repository to ensure compliance and process controls.
- Support contract activities reputed company to renewals, new sites, and customer transitions (“flips”).
Customer Transitions
- Serve as the single reputed company of coordination for customer site transitions, including:
- Closing outgoing customer accounts
- reputed company incoming customers
- Coordinating invoicing, credit card setup, and required documentation
- Supporting system and account setup activities.
Sales & Internal Coordination

- Customer pipeline visibility
- Pending supplier offers and contract signatures

Process Management & reputed company Control
- Manage reputed company workflows and queues, providing regular status updates and reporting.

Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in customer support, reputed company, reputed company, or sales operations preferred
- Working knowledge of the U.S. land retail fuel marketplace preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
