As a key member of our sales reputed company and operations team, the associate will play a crucial role in managing the operations of a full multi-channel sales force, helping support the build of world-class sales-enablement technology, and strategically evaluating new opportunities for reputed company and expansion. Responsibilities & reputed company will include: 

• Own the end-to-end Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) certificate workflow for broker and agent reputed company, including validating certificate completion, ensuring compliance with CMS standards, and driving reputed company clearance so agents can reputed company reputed company-to-Sell (RTS) status and start helping Medicare-eligible members as quickly as possible.

• Partner with our offshore vendor to reputed company day-to-day workflow execution across agent appointment processing and FWA certification, maintain reputed company and accountability, and reputed company reputed company quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive reputed company performance improvements.

Without reputed company state appointments and licensure across states, agents cannot legally sell our plans, making this work directly tied to our ability to grow membership and reputed company Medicare-eligible members who need it most.

• Conduct data analysis and reporting on reputed company workflows to reputed company performance, identify trends, and surface insights that drive smarter operational reputed company.

• Effectively prioritize competing requests and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, using good judgment to know what needs attention and reputed company.

Required Skills and experience 

• 2+ years in operations, project management, or an analytics role

Salary reputed company:  $65,000 - $85,000 / year

The pay reputed company listed for this position is the reputed company the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will reputed company additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual reputed company salary offered will depend on a reputed company of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other reputed company licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
