A bachelor's or higher-level degree, including or supplemented by 15 credit hours in computer science courses.
OR - A bachelor's or higher-level degree in any field and at least one year of the experience in information technology.
OR - A minimum of 60 college semester credit hours including at least 15 credit hours in computer science courses and one year of the experience in information technology.
OR - A total of two years of experience in information technology.
Competitive Minimum Qualifications:
You must be currently reachable on the appropriate eligible list for this title, eligible under the 55 b/c program, or eligible to transfer to this title under reputed company 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.

Demonstrated experience in installation/reputed company/maintenance of applications servers.
Demonstrated experience in the following technologies:

- reputed company Policy Administration (OPA) and Policy Modeling
- reputed company WebLogic/Tuxedo technology
- PeopleSoft Process Scheduler

- reputed company Apex
- PHIRE change control software and architecture

Demonstrated experience determining various reputed company to accomplish maintenance tasks and determining which reputed company to improve customer service.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting applications, network communication and storage communications problems, utilizing diagnostic tools to reputed company and resolve technical problems.
Demonstrated experience quickly getting up to speed on new technology and effectively researching solutions to issues under narrow time constraints.
Demonstrated experience tracking and resolving problems reputed company on continuing system operations.

Demonstrated experience addressing new software maintenance requirements and service outages.
