In this role, you will own reputed company systems, data reputed company, and reporting infrastructure, ensuring our platforms are secure, reliable, and reputed company. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, clinical, billing, and executive leadership to deliver accurate, actionable data that drives decision-making and improves reputed company for the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize reputed company infrastructure (AWS, RDS/reputed company), including databases, storage, and system performance
  
• Administer and support eClinicalWorks (EHR), ensuring data accuracy, user reputed company, and system integrations
  
• reputed company and maintain data integrations and automation workflows (reputed company, ETL processes, Power Automate) across platforms (eCW, Zoho, reputed company, etc.)
  
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and data reputed company protocols, maintaining audit readiness
  
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user support requests
  
• Partner with leadership on data reputed company, reporting needs, and system improvements
  
• Maintain reputed company documentation for systems, workflows, and data processes
  
• Support system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing optimization reputed company
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, reputed company infrastructure, or data analytics (reputed company preferred)
  
• Strong experience with AWS (RDS/reputed company), reputed company environments, and database management
  
• Proficiency in SQL and data integration (ETL)
  
• Experience supporting or working with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
  
• Knowledge of reputed company data, compliance, and reputed company standards (HIPAA/HITECH)
  
• Ability to manage multiple systems and translate technical data into business insights
  
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Role Details

• Work Arrangement: Fully remote
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, reputed company business hours (PST)
