About the Role
As an Assistive Technology (AAC) Account Manager, you will play a key role in transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities while increasing awareness of Link Assistive’s products and services. You will provide high-quality support through remote or in-person consultation and build meaningful and long-term relationships.
This role primarily covers New South Wales (NSW), with additional interstate engagement across Australia. You will work closely with our Clinical team, and Technical Support team to ensure solutions are well aligned with the needs of clinicians, stakeholders, and our users.
Please note: This is a remote role, based anywhere in NSW, with flexible working hours (3–5 days per week). The role involves regular travel (1–2 times per week), mainly within Sydney, with some interstate travel. The preferred start date is as soon as possible, with a latest commencement of June 2026.
In this role you will:
Strengthen and grow Link Assistive’s presence across primarily NSW as well as interstate.
Support clinicians and their clients throughout product trials, while building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and information events focused on assistive technology and AAC.
Stay up to date with evidence‑based practices and developments in the field and actively share knowledge with education and AAC experts within Tobii Dynavox.
Represent Link Assistive at conferences, expos, and industry events across Australia.
What We’re Looking For
This role suits an experienced professional who learns continuously, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and is motivated by making a meaningful impact. If you are proactive, self‑directed, and passionate about assistive technology and improving the lives of people with disabilities, we’d love to hear from you!
Ideal candidates will bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the health, disability, or aged care sector, in relevant roles such as Speech Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist.
Current registration with relevant professional bodies (SPA is required).
Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, understand diverse needs, and build credibility-based relationships.
Strong presentation and analytical skills to confidently support recommendations and decisions.
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly (required).
Experience with, or a strong interest in, AAC and assistive technology (preferred).
