Bachelor's degree in technical, construction management, or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience reputed company building automation controls, general, mechanical contracting, or construction management preferred, general HVAC knowledge Must have a reputed company reputed company's license Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and project management tools. PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
