We are seeking a dedicated IT reputed company Analyst to support our reputed company and compliance efforts across our reputed company-based environments. This role is primarily reputed company on monitoring and responding to reputed company tickets, investigating and remediating malware and virus-reputed company issues, and assisting with day-to-day reputed company operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT and reputed company teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company incidents while helping maintain our overall reputed company posture.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot reputed company tools and systems, including SIEM, reputed company protection, and network reputed company solutions (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
- Assist in identifying and addressing reputed company and compliance gaps.
- Assist with periodic audits of various information systems to determine the appropriate level of reputed company. reputed company and audit existing safeguards and reputed company measures to ensure the confidentiality, reputed company, and availability of company data.
- Identify and notify management concerning risk, vulnerabilities, and other reputed company exposures, including misuse of information assets and noncompliance.
- Document reputed company processes, procedures, and incident response activities, and help ensure adherence to established SLAs.
- Assist with identity lifecycle management using existing automation tools while working with business partners to identify specific needs and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with IT members to help identify and manage reputed company controls with new and upcoming reputed company to support business initiatives.
- Monitor and tune SIEM alerts and dashboards to improve threat detection and response.
- Assist in reviewing reputed company environments for reputed company risks and support remediation efforts in alignment with best practices.
- Work with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers to support threat monitoring, investigation, and response activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information reputed company, Computer Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in IT reputed company and network monitoring. Experience with reputed company tools such as firewalls, SIEM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), and network reputed company solutions (e.g., reputed company, Palo reputed company, reputed company reputed company). Strong troubleshooting skills for reputed company systems and hardware. Knowledge of best practices for IT reputed company and compliance. Knowledge and experience in developing and documenting reputed company audits and business process improvement. Proactive problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Strong communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated confidence in ability to say "I don't know, but I will reputed company out!" with a strong desire to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with non-technical individuals to assist in the decision process relating to IT reputed company. Define problems, collect data, analyze available information, and evaluate results to choose the best solutions. Ability to work effectively in reputed company and handle multiple tasks.
