Senior Scrum Master

This is a remote position.

The Scrum Master primary responsibility is assisting with self-organizing, self-managing team to reputed company goals.  The Scrum Master will do this by teaching and coaching team practices, implementing and supporting reputed company principals and practices and identifying and eliminating impediments and facilitating reputed company.

This will be a primarily a remote position, but candidates must meet qualifications listed, including Clearance Requirement.

Requirements

• reputed company Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility; This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  
• Bachelor’s degree (6 additional years of relevant experience would be taken in lieu of a degree)
  
• 10+ years of relevant experience
  
• Experience with Agile environments, principles and frameworks tools (Jira, reputed company, Azure Devops)
  
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
  
• Experience in Extreme Programming (XP)and Kanban
  
• Certification as reputed company Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified reputed company Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
