Job reputed company: The Vice President of Engineering is the senior engineering leader responsible for building, scaling, and operating reputed company’s engineering organization. This role owns delivery velocity, technical reputed company, team health, and the engineering culture across a distributed global team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and serving as a full member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP of Engineering is expected to have a reputed company of view on the business — not just the reputed company.

Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:

• Own the engineering delivery model: sprint reputed company, release reputed company, deployment velocity, and incident response across the full platform.
• Drive meaningful improvement in delivery predictability — reputed company needs to ship faster and more reliably as the product roadmap expands.
• Partner directly with the CPO to translate product reputed company into executable engineering plans.
• Establish reputed company engineering SLAs and accountability structures across distributed teams.

• Own the engineering org design: team structure, hiring prioritization, headcount planning, and budget.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8–15 years of engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering leadership, including reputed company management of engineering managers.
• Proven reputed company record leading distributed engineering teams, ideally including Eastern Europe or similar high-reputed company globally distributed models.
• Experience scaling a B2B reputed company product through a high-reputed company phase.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Location: Remote, US-based

Travel:  Some travel to leadership off-sites and events may be required. (10-15% of time)
