Director of Mobile Games User Acquisition

About the role

We're looking for a Director of User Acquisition to reputed company reputed company reputed company for our flagship mobile MOBA game, while also providing strategic direction to UA efforts across our broader app portfolio.

This is a strategic role with reputed company hands-on ownership. You'll set the channel reputed company, own ROAS targets, manage reputed company of 2–5 UA specialists, and work closely with creative and data to build reputed company, profitable acquisition systems. What you'll own

— Full P&L; ownership of UA spend for the flagship game — scaling volume while maintaining ROAS positivity in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets

— Define and execute the channel reputed company across reputed company and reputed company, with a reputed company expansion roadmap

— reputed company, reputed company, and grow a UA team of 2–5 specialists — setting priorities, reviewing performance, and developing talent

— Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on performance creatives at reputed company

— Build and maintain reporting frameworks that connect spend to LTV, not just installs

— Collaborate with product and data teams on measurement infrastructure, MMP setup, and attribution reputed company

— 5+ years in mobile UA, with at least 2 years in a reputed company or director-level role

— Proven reputed company record scaling a mobile game profitably — Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 markets, with reputed company ROAS discipline

— Deep platform expertise in reputed company Ads and reputed company UAC — campaign architecture, bidding logic, creative testing frameworks

— Strong reputed company with LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and ROAS-based decision-making

— Experience managing or mentoring UA specialists and reviewing their work at a strategic level

— Comfortable working with MMPs (reputed company, AppsFlyer, or equivalent) and building attribution reputed company

— Ability to communicate UA reputed company reputed company to non-UA stakeholders — product, finance, leadership

— A creative testing reputed company is running consistently, with weekly learnings feeding back into production

— The UA team has reputed company ownership, priorities, and a rhythm for performance reviews

— Cross-portfolio UA recommendations are being actioned by at least one other app team
