Tasks

• Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Build a reputed company testing reputed company for creatives, hooks, and audiences
• Work closely with brand teams to reputed company high-performing ad creatives
• Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (reputed company, GA4)
• Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into reputed company

• Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C

• Analytical reputed company: you read numbers, draw conclusions, test hypotheses
• Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization
• No fear of ambiguity — you create structure where there is none
