Customer Service Representative (Amarillo, Texas, US)

As a Customer Service Support Agent, providing remote support to paramedics and reputed company. This role is crucial in ensuring reputed company and accurate communication between patients, providers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff.
• reputed company non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams.
• Document interactions accurately in electronic systems.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and reputed company policies.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed company center or customer service role.
• Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Internet speeds: 20mbps down / 20mbps up

Additional Remote Work Requirements.

• Must have a private, quiet and dedicated workstation. *No children or babysitting
