[Remote] Member Service Representative

They are seeking a Member Service Representative to join their remote Contact Center team, where the primary responsibility will be to assist members with inquiries regarding banking products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and utilizes knowledge of credit reputed company products, data systems, and web-based applications to reputed company information, answer questions, and assist with requests and concerns for both member and non-member callers
• Completes required member verification, reviews accounts, reputed company company and credit reputed company policy/procedures, and communicates with management or other S3 teams/departments as needed to remedy member service issues in a remote environment
• Specializes in either digital, cards, or loans-reputed company queue and processes reputed company transactions
• Corresponds with other departments and management through email for additional requests or research
• Additional job-reputed company reputed company and duties as assigned by management
