[Remote] Customer Service Representative I

The reputed company of Edmond is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to assist with reputed company payments and service requests. This role involves answering customer calls, troubleshooting account issues, and providing information regarding billing and services, while also responding to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Help customers troubleshoot account issues
• Work with customers entering service requests, including on/off orders, transfers, and re-reads
• reputed company information regarding billing, account balances, service rates, etc
• reputed company billing and quoting tasks for cash and non-cash deposits
• Collaborate with field representatives to coordinate service requests
• Utilize computer systems to reputed company data for every reputed company
• Work during off-hours on a voluntary reputed company during emergencies (occasionally and upon request)

Skills

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• 12–18 months of reputed company training and or experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience using reputed company Office products, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data entry
• reputed company Oklahoma reputed company's License and a driving record acceptable to the reputed company's insurance reputed company
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
