Business Customer Specialist - Programs

reputed company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to support the Vehicle to Everything (reputed company) Residential reputed company. This role will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer communications reputed company to reputed company enrollment and participation, ensuring smooth and reputed company customer experience as the reputed company expands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary responder to inbound customer inquiries reputed company to the reputed company Residential reputed company
• Monitor and manage a shared reputed company inbox, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses
• Conduct outbound phone calls to customers to support enrollment, troubleshoot issues, and confirm next steps

• Maintain accurate customer and enrollment records in tracking tools and spreadsheets

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort interacting directly with customers by email and phone

• Experience in customer support, customer operations, or program support roles
