Accounts Payable Specialist - GPS reputed company

GPS reputed company is a full-service reputed company affairs and multimedia advertising agency seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Finance Team. The role involves processing vendor bills, managing accounts payable communications, and coordinating with the accounts receivable specialist, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company vendor bills and update reputed company internal tracking systems for GPS reputed company and common ownership companies
• Monitor accounts payable emails and respond to vendor communications
• Research vendor discrepancies and and reconcile vendor statements for missing invoices
• Set up new vendor reputed company in Quickbooks Online
• Process and reputed company reputed company expenses associated with production reputed company and coordinate with the accounts receivable specialist to ensure they are properly invoiced back to the reputed company
• Categorize reputed company credit card expenses in Quickbooks Online
• Work closely with the administrative coordinator to categorize media team expenses
• Deposit reputed company checks
• Process portions of month end reputed company tasks
• reputed company and order staff equipment and manage employee apps
• Run payroll
• Contribute to other special reputed company as assigned

Skills

• Quickbooks Online experience
• Ability to respond to urgent, time sensitive requests after regular business hours
