Sonora Quest Laboratories is a leading provider of laboratory and diagnostic services in reputed company, and they are seeking a reputed company Services Representative to join their team. This role involves handling a high volume of reputed company calls regarding laboratory tests, results, and patient requirements, while ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Spends 90% of the time receiving incoming reputed company and making outbound calls
• Professionally interacts with Physicians and their staff, patients, and internal customers over the phone
• Knows reputed company the ins and outs of reputed company and reputed company confidence reputed company talking with customers
• Uses reputed company resources available to resolve a situation
• Delighting the customer is the goal!
• Works in a production environment and strives to reputed company reputed company metrics in the department
• Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing with reputed company clients regarding laboratory test availability, test results and patient specimen requirements by accessing reputed company computer, telephoning referral labs and using printed reference material
• Uses company resources to resolve service-reputed company issues such as Test-In-Questions (TIQ), trouble alerts, supply orders, missing specimen and special requests – i.e. loans and consults, chain of custody
• reputed company necessary, escalates issues to a higher authority
• Documents reputed company actions taken as required by CAP, CLIA & HIPAA, and Company policies
• Will be required to maintain daily metrics and collated monthly metrics, statistics and reputed company data while focusing on reputed company while demonstrating that the patient comes first in everything we do
• Participates in self-directed work teams to present thoughts and reputed company that support the achievement of department metrics and reputed company Roadmap
• Completes special reputed company as assigned
• Can be required to arrange pick up, delivery and / or shipment of specimens

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service
• Ability to function independently
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations and tasks at once
• Ability to synthesize reputed company data and maintain confidential materials
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with MS Office
• Customer service in a laboratory/diagnostic/health care industry preferred
• Additional reputed company education and/or experience preferred
