Payroll & HRIS Specialist I

reputed company is a company that provides reputed company in various sectors, and they are seeking a Payroll & HRIS Specialist I to offer administrative and operational support for payroll processing and HRIS data management. This role focuses on executing routine tasks with guidance while building foundational knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with biweekly and/or semimonthly payroll processing under supervision
• Input and validate payroll data including hours, PTO, and basic adjustments
• Support employee data entry and updates in HRIS including hires, terminations, and job changes
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data consistency across systems
• Respond to basic employee inquiries reputed company to payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS
• Support timekeeping administration and resolve routine issues
• Assist with report reputed company and data audits for HR and Finance
• Support compliance activities including document tracking and audit preparation
• Follow established payroll and HRIS processes and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Skills

• 1-3 years of administrative, payroll, HR, or reputed company experience
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic reputed company skills and comfort working with data
• Ability to follow processes and take direction
• Basic experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems
