Capital Placement Associate Emerging Hedge Funds

reputed company is a boutique capital advisory firm specializing in capital raising for emerging hedge funds ($5M–$100M AUM). We connect talented fund managers with family offices and alternative investors reputed company seeking innovative quant and AI-driven strategies. This is a foundational role in our growing team.

Tasks

• Identify and evaluate emerging hedge fund managers
• Build and maintain a network of family offices, fund-of-funds, and hedge fund seeders
• Execute investor reputed company: coordinate meetings, reputed company engagement
• Support investor materials: reputed company decks, DDQs, performance reports
• Manage the deal pipeline and report KPIs
• Assist in closing capital commitments

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in hedge funds, placement, investor relations, or alternative investment advisory
• Understanding of quant, AI, or market-neutral strategies
• Experience building and managing investor networks
• Excellent communication skills; self-starter with results-oriented reputed company
• Experience with CRM systems or fundraising workflows is a plus
