The role involves handling high-volume calls to negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances while maintaining professionalism and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
• Consistently meet and reputed company performance metrics (reputed company, compliance, collections)
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow reputed company required laws and standards
• Build trust quickly through reputed company listening, reputed company, and strong communication
• Accomplishes minimum requirements for KPIs including reputed company reputed company scores monthly and minimum fees
